Connections

Works with the tools you already pay for.

neuralduct is where the work happens — the quote, the job, the invoice. These are the accounts you connect to it so nothing has to be typed twice. Connect one in a couple of minutes from Settings, and disconnect it whenever you like.

What you can connect

Each one does a single job, properly.

Every one of these needs your own account with that company — we connect to what you already run, we don't resell it.

Xero

Accounting

Push finalized invoices, the payments against them and supplier bills straight into your Xero org, so the books match the jobs without anyone re-keying a line.

Out of neuralduct Your own Xero subscription

Stripe

Payments

Put a Pay now button on every invoice you send. The card payment lands back on the invoice itself, so the ledger closes the job off without a bank check.

Square

Payments

Take a card on site from a Square Terminal and have it settle against the invoice you just raised, instead of writing the receipt number down for later.

ServiceM8

Import

Bring the jobs you already have in ServiceM8 onto the board, so moving across is an import rather than a migration project.

Driversnote

Mileage

Read the trips Driversnote already tracked into the logbook, so the mileage claim at tax time is built from what was actually driven.

How connecting works

Connect it once. Forget about it.

One screen, all of them

Every connection lives on the same Connections screen, with the same Connect and Disconnect buttons and the same plain-English status. Nothing is buried in a different settings page per vendor.

You sign in at their end

Connecting sends you to the vendor's own login to approve it, so your password for that account is never typed into neuralduct. Approval can be withdrawn from either side.

It tells you when it breaks

Access expires, tokens get revoked, vendors have outages. When one stops working the connection says so and offers a Reconnect, rather than going quiet and letting you assume it's still running.

Nothing is locked in

Disconnecting stops the flow and leaves what already moved where it is. Jobs imported from ServiceM8 stay on your board; invoices already in Xero stay in Xero.

Optional, every one

The workspace is complete without any of them. Quote, schedule, invoice and get paid with nothing connected — these save the re-typing between neuralduct and the tools you kept.

Set up by the owner

Connections belong to the business, not to whoever set them up, so the crew never has to hold a Xero login or a Stripe password to get their job done.

Keep your tools. Lose the double entry.

Sign up free, connect the one that annoys you most, and see a job carry through to the invoice without being re-typed.
